We assumed there must be a resource out there, so we continued to scour teacher stores, hunt through catalogs, attend workshops and spend more and more money. Some resources showed promise, but again, we were disappointed by empty claims of less work for the teacher. We finally concluded that easy to make and implement, as well as meeting the needs of students, did not exist. And so, we came to the conclusion that in order to have a book that teachers needed and wanted, we would have to write it ourselves! The logical place to start was with Kindergarten.
We brainstormed continuously and began to look at Kindergarten learning stations in a whole new way. Our brainstorming sessions led us to our motto, help teachers
“Work smarter, not harder”. The result of these brainstorming sessions and months and months of research is our first book, Kindergartners at Work ..and now Kindergartners at Work II, too.
